Our Service offers all assessments in the client’s own home. We believe that home visiting provides us with a much clearer picture of the individual client’s needs.
Home assessments are far less intimidating and confronting for the client and they feel more comfortable in their own surroundings and familiar environment.
We believe our home visiting service will accommodate the special needs of people living with a disability, the frail and the elderly who find having to navigate their way through large healthcare systems quite onerous and difficult. We have a special interest and expertise in children and toileting issues.
A comprehensive bladder, bowel and skin assessment is conducted. Appropriate strategies are developed and implemented to address continence issues and behaviours. The most suitable product is identified, and samples are organised if necessary.
We provide concise continence reports. We write and submit continence reports for the NDIS and Aged Care, applications for the Continence Aids Payment Scheme (CAPS) and State-wide Equipment Program (SWEP) funding for those eligible.
We offer in home servicing, providing the maximum comfort to our clients.
